  1. Hello there,
    I am trying to find some help about a drop-down list of countries. I hope you can help me solve an html coding issue.

    I have obtained the drop-down list of countries below. I understand how to paste it into my website in the html editor. However, I would like to make sure that, for example, a user clicking on “France” or “USA” gets directed to a specific page for “France” or for “USA” on my website ( for example)…

    Here is the original code I have obtained for the drop-down list of countries: how would you integrate the re-directing code to a specific page of my website to it?

    Many thanks for your consideration.

    Select a Country

    United States

    United Kingdom

    1. Hi, by javascript, you can use following code to redirect:

      function redirect_to_country(country_name){
      window.location = "./" + country_name;

      Now use this function to redirect. I.e we create link for each country:

      If you want to do it by a drop-down box, plz try yourself now, or if you can’t, ask me. I’ll find time to get it done for you. 🙂

  2. Sir,
    thank you for your help.

    I would like to ask you whether you would interested in helping me implement this code for drop-down menu. I would really use your help on that one!

    That would be great. May I email you directly or call you?

  3. Hello,
    May I ask you a question about your site? It is code related.
    My question is about list-style-type and ul more specifically.
    On the right of your blog you have the “disc” type ul that I have on my blog, (i also use bueno).

    I really just wanted to change the color from the default shade of grey to color #664631. I can’t seem to find where to change the color so I thought I would just remove them

    I assumed I needed to change this code in my editor:
    .entry ul ul li {

    to list-style-type:none; but that didn’t work.
    I am sure it is simple but I am stumped and a novice.

    IF you were to take YOUR “disc”‘s out…how would you do it?

    Any help would be so much appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Mama Bear
